We work under Veterinary referral, and in close partnership with professionals who can offer treatment programmes. Where clients self-refer we always first seek their vet's approval to proceed, and then always send the practice a copy of the Veterinary Thermal Imaging Report. On the client's request we'll also send copies to physiotherapists, saddlers, farriers etc.
Thermography or Infrared Thermal Imaging is an exciting and increasingly popular tool, allowing your clients to visually see what to-date the professional has only been able to see and feel through years of training and experience. This engages them in the animal’s health, and treatment programme, creating a greater degree of satisfaction with the interaction they have had with your practice, and in the treatment programme you have administered.
As the service is mobile we are able to image the animal in its home environment, free from the stress that travelling or the surgery environment can cause. Great care is taken that all images are captured in a way which mitigates artefacts, and where this isn’t possible that they are noted.
